If you ever visit this little beautiful heaven in Kerela named Varkala and do feel that you need the best food for the buck then Trattorias is definitely your destination. Located on the Black Cliff Beach, this little cafe offers one of the best food in the entire area. You can take an easy 10 minutes walk from the Varkala beach to reach here.

The location is itself the one of the USP of the place. It gives a great view of the Arabian sea while having your meal on a bright sunny day with cool breeze brushing your face. It gives the complete feeling of being on a holiday.

The 'Tandoori Sea-Food Platter' has a great combination of seafood including the 'Mahi-Mahi', 'Tuna', 'Tiger Prawns' and 'Squid'. It also includes complementary fries and sprout salad which makes it a well-balanced dish.

The place also offers a variety of south-east Asian dishes including the Indonesian 'Nasi Goreng' and the 'Pad Thai Rice Noodles'.

The drinks were good especially the fact that they used honey instead of sugar to make them healthy.

Sweet and salty lime soda complimented the non-veg dishes the best.

It's a great place to visit if you are in the neighbourhood.

The service here is prompt and great with well-mannered staff. The burgers are large and super tasty.

The most famous and tasty ones were 'Butter-Chicken Burger', 'All American Cheese Burger' and 'Peri-Peri Chicken Burger'. If you are visiting the place for the first time, do try one of these. All the burgers are accompanied by complimentary potato chips which are a welcome treat for the foodies.

Desserts have a wide range including 'Ferrero Rocher Cake Fudge', 'Kitkat Cake Fudge' and 'Mississipi-Mud Pie'. 

On the drinks side, one can go for 'Green Apple Mojito' or 'Orange-Lime Fizzo'.

It is a must visit place and easily accessible now for everyone since they've opened their franchises all across the city.
